Yesterday we had freezing temperatures, rain, sleet, snow. And then, last night closed with a crazy hail storm. Needless to say that springtime is toying with New Yorkers. This morning I walked to work with very pretty (and sparse) snowflakes falling from the sky. I thought to myself, "Sheesh, this is nice. But I'm so over winter." Then, just before I ducked through my building's revolving door I noticed the curb side tree. It was covered in little green leaves. What do you know, spring is here!
Photo from Andrew Caird's Flickr. I also love his series of sliced fruit; strawberry, tomato, grape and banana.
