Dessert Time/ Mexican Chocolate Pudding

I skimmed through The Minimalists favorite 25 recipes yesterday.  Very few jumped out at me, I suppose because they're mostly meaty dishes, or desserts heavy on eggs and gelatin.  But, Mark Bittman did entice me with this recipe for tofu pudding!

The spices make this one sound heavenly!  I'm thinking about whipping up a bowlful tonight.  Everything on the list is a fixture in my kitchen and the video tutorial makes it look so easy.  Mmmm!
