I was supposed to be researching a dessert-related post but I was distracted by a few savory recipes. Mmm, I wish I had time to whip up all these dishes for dinner! Each is super healthy and so, super delicious looking!!! Take for example, the quinoa salad. Pretty to look at with pomegranate seeds and chunks of bright green cucumber and avocado. It's also packed with vegetable protein. Yeah. Yum!
