Check out this list over on the BBC. It's 30 British-isms you may likely hear in the US. Quite fun and funny! Nearly half the people I work with are Brits... so I hear this slang all the live-long day. But there are a lot on the list that I use all the time- and more than a couple that I've never heard of.
